Good for short stays

Stayed here for 3 nights and was out sightseeing almost all day each day. Lots to see in the area. The owner Jason was very friendly and eager to please with tourist spots and restaurant info. The sites are clean and well shaded. So shady that our site did not allow our rooftop satellite to work. But hey we picked the site. Facilities were clean and in good working order. Must say however, the highway noise is loud and continuous 24 hrs. Not much sleep for the weary with the jake brakes of big rigs zooming through all night. Like I said, good stop over spot right on hwy 90. Hint: Be sure to eat 11 miles up the road at Prejeans restaurant in Lafeyette; outstanding everything in local flavor.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

We were there not too long ago. Nice campground, but a little bit noisy from the road. Good level back in sites. People are very nice and I think it was family owned and operated. They have good facilites which were nice and clean. We would stay again.
