I'd give this place four but had to drop down to three due to being overcharged.

We arrived New Years Eve. Gorgeous sunset view from way up on the cliff that overlooks Pacific Coast Highway and the ocean. They greeted us with champagne and a party invite for that night. They put out nice food and had fun dance music.

The place is well maintained. They have a fine store, laundry, rec room to watch a movie. They also have a deal with Malibu Seafood below them. You can walk a treacherous path in the dark to go have some decent seafood at a discount if you mention them. I can't imagine why both businesses don't get together and make that path more accessible and safer.

It's Malibu. You expect to pay a lot. But we didn't expect to be charged on our credit card for more than we were quoted. By nearly 80 bucks! So verify what you are being charged. Keep a copy of their quote with you just in case. And enjoy the views and sunshine.

We stayed here in a Class B Motorhome.
