Most recent stay was 04/26/2016. We camped in a Tear Drop style RV, only 15' long w/o toilet or shower and thus rely on condition of campgrounds facilities near our site, so our critique is focused in that area.

Evidence this was once KOA; with A-Frame shape of office building and sites all crammed close together with about a 4’ strip of grass between barely room for the small picnic table. It’s an older park. We got lucky close to restroom with an asphalt pad while many others were on gravel. Didn’t need any blocks to level. Older shower / restroom facility but kept clean. Looking at gallery of pictures on their website, it appears they spruced up the restroom/shower facility since we stayed there. I included our pictures and noticed the apparent improved difference. Still don’t know if they have the older fixtures and my comments were to improve by doing some painting and upgrading the fixtures, replacing the rubber floor mats, in and outside of shower stalls, adding conveniences of hooks and shelving for your stuff. The stalls are very tight at about 3’ I think, and changing area has same that includes a small stool. Sink and vanity area is roomy, but again no hooks or shelves to hold your stuff.

Also, it appears they improved overall appearance of the park with added gravel and sprucing up. Park is in industrial area along side of freeway, but sound barrier wall kept noise at bay.

We stayed here in a Teardrop Trailer.

Older Former KOA Park But Well Maintained

It is an older park, but they have done a good job maintaining it. I was in a very long pull through site. The 2012 evaluation is accurate.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

Probably the only KOA that isn't situated next to railroad tracks. You do get truck noise from I-80; but much better than the three am train whistle.

Overall, a very clean facility and convenient location. We've stayed here multiple times and will stay again.

We stayed here in a Truck Camper.
