We have stayed here three different times over the last year and a half. It's not real impressive, but it seems to be well maintained. The staff was not overly friendly, but not rude either. It has mostly full timers and several mobile homes. Traveling campers seem like an after thought. The showers were nice enough. The laundry was clean and busy. Not much impressive here, but adequate.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice enough campground near the highway

This park is close to the highway so you can expect a little road noise. Wi-fi is spotty, cable was just ok. Site was too small for my liking. On the plus side, this park is close to the popular attractions in the area, the people are friendly, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and it's very dog-friendly.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

We stayed here in mid-July, it was in the 90s and quite humid. Park is off I-35, exit 177 and far enough away that the road noise is not overwhelming. Clean and appeared to be maintained. Lady who registered us wasn't overly friendly, but that could just have been her demeanor. Pool was nice, clean and we had it to ourselves. They had two, very nice, dog parks, one for small dogs and one for the larger dogs. We were traveling with our two huskies and they really enjoyed themselves there. Sites were reasonbly sized, but not level. A couple of stacks of leveling blocks took care of that. Wi-Fi was a problem, while they had several different stations, none were very strong. Wound up using my cell phone for internet needs. With PA discount (good for two nights), it's an excellent bargain.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Mobile home park with overnight sites

We stayed here earlier this year. My impression of this RV park is it looks more like a mobile home park with a handful of overnight sites. There are a lot of permanent residents living on the sites at the back of the grounds. That area isn't as well-maintained as the upfront sites where the transients stay. The guest sites are wide enough but are shorter than we liked. They're gravel and not too level. The bathrooms and facilities are clean, with modern fixtures and the appliances in the laundry room newly replaced. There are 2 swimming pools but the water isn't heated. The dog runs are very nice, though, and cable and wi-fi are okay. Staff are friendly but don't seem willing to go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
