Great Rate - But Not For Families

Located near the intersection of two major Memphis thoroughfares but reasonably quiet. This RV Park, associated with a huge agricultural center, offers mostly pull-through sites, many with 50-amp full hook-ups. Most sites are level and gravel-covered but some are not so level. The nightly rate is the lowest in town. There are old but clean restroom/showers if needed, a coin-op laundry and a farmer's market with beautiful produce in season, but the market does not feature other basics such as meat, bread or milk. The park offers reasonably-fast, encrypted Wi-Fi at no additional charge. Since there is a cellphone tower on site, mobile phone signals are strong.

For such an inexpensive rate, do not expect an escort to your site, picnic tables, fire rings, tent camping, a playground, game room, sports facilities, ice, firewood, swimming pool, cable TV or other amenities commonly found in commercial campgrounds. This park just offers spacious places to park and hook up an RV. Water pressure is great.

Some campers have obviously been in this RV park for a long time, still having their connections winterized in July, so such limited services have obviously not been a deterrent to long stays. For my needs and expectations, this RV park was ideal and met all of my requirements, but it's not a place for family fun or recreation unless you're here to attend one of the Agricenter International events that include children.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

Enjoy the serenity of the farm and the convenience of the city. The Agricenter RV Park has over 300 RV lots with 30-amp electric and water hook-ups, shower facilities and a dump station. Ninety-six sites with full hook-ups.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
