This is our prime destination, for this part of the country.

A pristine resort, manicured like palace lawns, with a majority of sites having a view of water either from the front or rear. Most sites have some manner of built-in feature, ranging from a poured pad with table and chairs to full-blown outdoor living/entertaining areas.

The only problem is deciding which party to crash, during an evening stroll around the park. There is literally a happy hour in progress at one of every ten sites on any given warm evening; a worldly rendition of Jimmy Buffet's view of the afterlife.

This is one resort where I don't balk at having to drop my 20' car hauler before being ushered to my site. They make it easy with superb service; a trailer parking alongside their headquarters building with a big apron for the needed nose-swing required for motorhomes during trailer backing.

Our Gulf coast home away from home.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

Beautiful Owner Park

This is by far our favorite park! All of the sites are owned and the owners rent out the sites when they are not planing to use them. The streets are paved, all sites are concrete pads, with beautiful landscaping that varies by site. Plenty of room to park your vehicle at your site. The park is quiet, the office staff is wonderful, and everyone that we met during our stay (January - April) was friendly and welcoming. Nice pool & hot tub. You can hear the ocean from your site. Beach is accessible via a boardwalk at the end of the property. The laundry facilities and restrooms are very clean, although small (2 washers and 2 dryers 2 bathrooms). Our only issue is with what they charge for electricity. Our electric bill was around $150 in the winter time which is more than we've paid anywhere else.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
