Good location but doesn't measure up to the price

Greentree Village is a mix. It's got permanent residents and short-term guests. The permanent residents are all at the back, but because they're there and there's a lot of them, the traffic inside the RV park can be terrible, especially in the morning when everyone's going to work. The place is clean and the staff are friendly enough, but the place could use some sprucing up. So many rundown trailers and dead cars parked inside. The nightly rate is also too pricey for this kind of place. Having said that, they do have nice, big pull-through sites with full hookups, cable and wi-fi. The location is great, with lots of stores like Walmart all 10 minutes away from the RV park. Still, we won't stay here again unless we don't have other options.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.
