	Worst Service Ever

Worst service ever and worst experience I have ever had with a hotel, motel or resort! Made reservation over the phone with the manager for a month stay which could not be done online. Gave a $450 deposit over the phone for two months in advance. Dates were wrong, he changed the cancellation policy and the amount per night was different than we discussed over the phone. He yelled at me over the phone that it was the price and it didn’t matter what else was agreed. Fine, I still wanted to stay there because we had stayed there three years prior, but then we never got a revised invoice with correct dates. Sent over 20 e-mails and 15 voice messages with NO call back!!! Only when I emailed that I needed to cancel because I could not show up with nothing in writing that he responded. I got an email that only had two sentences. That my dates were all available except one Friday night. NO actual dates listed OR that it was a reservation for a cabin OR how much he was going to charge me per night. WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. Went through my credit card company for a refund. He was not going to refund me at all and it was over a month out. Totally rude and I have no idea what happened to the place I wanted to go back to. STAY AWAY.

	Great time with the kids

We had an awesome time at Sunny Springs. The driving range was a nice addition as we stayed in the summer time, also kids had a fun time at the pool. Overall a great experience for a short family vacation. We stayed here in a Class B Motorhome.

	FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I stayed at Sunny Springs for 4 months while working on a construction site in Quincy. Multiple times I asked to move to the front of the park to be closer to the laundry and gym but was always brushed off. The owner/manager told me as soon as a spot opens up he'll let me know, even though there was a section that was constantly half full. The bathroom close to my site was full of bugs and only one shower worked up until the last month I was there. The gym had a dead mouse under the pull up bar for the first 2 months I stayed at Sunny Springs until they finally cleaned the room. To top it all off when I checked out they said they would mail me my deposit and after a month now they continue to lie to me and say, "We sent it out, you should see it soon." We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
