Description
Camping in Paradise

Stay where you can be in the middle of everything or be secluded away in your own private paradise. Located on Fort Myers Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico and just ½ mile from the Times Square area we are within walking or trolley distance to everything the island has to offer. Bordering our park is the Matanzas Pass Preserve, which is a popular bird watching area, where the canoe/kayak launch onto the Estero Bay Blueway Trail is located. Take a quiet walk to through the Preserve and launch your canoe/kayak in the morning then spend your evening watching the sizzling sun sink into the horizon while lounging in your beach chair on our 450’ of sugar sand beachfront. Bring your RV, tent, or rent one of our fully furnished mobile units. We

4 stars since it is one of the few we've found in an active beach town and with sites right off the beach. Actually the majority of sites are across the street (a rather busy street at that) but still heck you are 1/2 block from the water. Sites themselves are small and really packed tight but everyone we met were friendly and so happy to be there. The town of Ft. Myers beach itself is not a 'Miami Beach' or South Beach by any means but you can bike or ride the free bus from end to end and there's everything you need for a nice two week vacation. About the only minus (other than traffic jams which are terrible) is a large nice grocery store for longer term living.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
