Beautiful scenery. Rebuilding following tornado damage last year. Doing an excellent job. Lodge is superb and second to none. Not enough can be said for courtesy of all staff. Really helpful and friendly. Campsites were adequate, not much shade, and still under rebuild construction. Right on the lake. In all, a good experience for us. I would like to see entrance gates more secure.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

After the tornadoes in 2011, I heard that many people have not returned. We had a great stay. There was plenty of room during labor day, not crowded. We had our pick of camp sites. There are wooded areas left in sections a and b. most of the trees are gone near the lake. Nice family camping and very friendly. Deer wonder through the campground in the mornings and evenings.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
