We have stayed here many times and after many attempts to have a good experience we always leave disappointed. It is in a beautiful area and has a great glacier rock field, and hiking trails but that is about it. There are only 2 plumbing bathhouses. 1 in front, by the seasonal permanet campers and 1 in the back of the campground, either way LONG walk to flush and wash in a not clean bathroom. Very expensive for the small rocky sites. And the family that runs the place is just RUDE. I really think that they dont want people to camp there! We will not be returning.

We camp in a Volkswagen Vanagon.

We stayed here in a Truck Camper.

Family oriented, lots to do, not ideal for young singles

We came up here with a group of friends to get out of Philly for a weekend, just looking for a place to kick back, relax, have a few beers and enjoy nature. Overall it was OK. We did hear that there used to be rattlesnakes living in the tree by our site, which was a little worrisome with 3 small dogs amongst our group. Our site was right next to the rock formation, which was pretty cool, the drumming at 8AM on Sunday morning while the youth group set up for Sunday service was not. Also, we got the impression that the owners didn't want us there since we weren't living up to their "Christian standards". Overall, a decent place for families but that's about it.

We stayed here in a Tent.
