We've been coming to this place before and I have to say that it's improved a lot since it was converted to a KOA. The roads and the concrete pads on the sites were re-paved. There are now large pull-thrus with full hookups that lit at night and fast wi-fi. The bathrooms were enlarged and upgraded, and I like the new safety feature that prevents you from getting scalded on hot water from the tap. They've also got a very nice saltwater pool and hot tub. Getting here is still a bit tricky, though, with no signage from the main road, and Austin is a long drive off. But we'll keep returning, now that these improvements are coming along.
