Nice people. Sign out front say KOA(keep on adding) which is impossible. We were parked among the mobile homes. It's more of a mobile home park. Neighbors where quiet during the night. We were parked in this slot but there were other open and bigger sites. It has showers that I didn't use and a laundromat which had 8 washers/8 dryers. There was a lake on the property but no sites on it . We were like two blocks away. I'd have to be in a real bind to stop here again. I don't care for KOA park's charge too much for crappy sites. We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.
