We arrived on our spare tire as we had had a flat outside of town. The owner helped us change the tire, fix a damaged hub and get a new tire. Their campstore is the best I have ever seen outside of Camping World. When we needed a new part to continue on our way, it was there and the price was competitive. Their "dog walking area" is terrific, with much room for the pup to run and play. They have an exercise room, which I am ashamed to say I did not use as the dog walking is my exercise. Their location is west 70th street, which runs all the way to a major shopping area. WalMart is just around the corner. Their sites are level and clean. They pick up your trash. There is a table and chairs at the site. No swimming pool, but they are working on getting that restored. Should be done before the end of the summer. Thanks for a great stay, Tall Pines.

| Great stop over in Shreveport | |
We just arrived for an overnight stay. Great find for us!! The park is clean, large pull through spot, easy to find off of I20. Tall pines is an accurate name. Pine trees, shade, private picnic tables, very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again. Pool has been closed due to new ADA rules. In a busy street with traffic noise but that doesn't bother us.
