We had a wonderful stay at this KOA! We have been to several other KOA Kampgrounds, and this is by far the best. The tent sites are separated from the RV and trailer sites, so you are not bothered by all the noise they make if you are a tent camper. The pool is nice and refreshing, and the lake is absolutely stunning. The tent sites are spacious, and the staff is amazing. We were stopping through and only needed a tent site for one night. They were able to fit us in - on a holiday weekend. The staff were able to answer every question we had, and the bathrooms were clean and convenient. The location is great - the beach, downtown Charleston, and tons of family fun are all very close. We will absolutely be returning for a longer stay!

We stayed here in a Tent.

This was our first time to stay in a KOA. I have to say, we were really impressed. Nice and safe area run by a group of really friendly people. Located in a very beautiful setting. We were given a site near the lake. Great view! Love the hiking trails and recreational amenities. Can't wait to come back here.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

We loved the facilities and you can't ask for a better location to stay to explore the wonderful city of Charleston, SC. The staff was extremely friendly, the sites were spacious and level, and it is easy access to all that Charleston has to offer, while being far enough from the city for a peaceful, country, setting.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
