This park is close to interstate but you barely hear it. The sunset views were awesome. After three weeks in the cold we left our fly off the tent and the stars were just amazing. The moon was a little annoyingly bright it woke us during the night. The showers were huge, park was clean and well maintained. Sites included shaded picnic table.

We stayed here in a Tent.

We stayed at Picacho State Park on 22 January 2014. The RV sites were situated so you were not on top of your neighbor. The site was level and clean. The bathrooms/showers were very nice and clean. It was quiet. You could hear the highway but it was far enough away that it was just "white noise." We loved the cactus, the scenery was amazing and it was dark enough to see the stars. We will return to this campsite again.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
