Very Disappointing

In a word, this campground was disappointing. We have quite a large travel trailer so before we headed out here, we called them up to check if they have any sites that we can reserve that can accommodate large rigs with a full hookup. They told us that they didn't have any. When we got there, we asked again just to see if perhaps one became vacant. The girl at the office told us that they didn't. So, we had to make do with whatever they gave us. You can just imagine our disappointment and frustration when we saw not one but two sites that were large enough to fit pull thrus and has got 50amp hookups. One of them was vacant and the other one had just a tent camper staying there. We headed back to the office to ask if we could get that vacant site. The girl snapped back at us and curtly told us no. She had no sense of customer service skills. That was the last straw for us. We demanded a refund for our weeks stay and left.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Shaded park next to an amusement park with lots of things to do. Could be noisy if it was full because of all the activities. We stayed here a couple of nights to wait out some storms in our path, so it was quiet because it was raining. Clean and neat facilities. Blue Bell Creamery in the town south of here--Ice Cream 50-cents a scoop!

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
