Not a Resort, But Still Nice
Smores

September 23, 2011
This is a really nice campground by the countryside. Hardly what I would call as a resort from my experience, although they do have a few cabins you could stay in and a few canoes to rent. Staff here was really friendly and accommodating. Most of the sites were grassy and paved just with sand. We did manage to get the last site that was paved with gravel. It was a bit uneven, but still doable. Good Wi-Fi and cellphone reception in the area. Lots of shady areas. We had a bit of a problem hooking up to the electricity when we arrived, but the staff was able to get it fixed for us really fast. It may be pretty basic but still worth the visit.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
