Cancellation Policy

Q. What is your cancellation policy? What is your reservation change policy?
A. Daily/Weekly Reservations: Call, write, or e-mail, within 24 hours of arrival or a one night minimum charge will be billed. Holiday time period Reservations: Call, write or e-mail within 72 hours of arrival or a 3 night minimum charge will be billed. Monthly Reservations: Call, write or e-mail within 10 days of arrival or or security deposit is completely

Check In / Check Out

Q. When is check in time? Check out time?
A. Check in time is 1 p.m. Check-out is 12 noon. Early arrivals and late departures (if available) may be subject to a nominal fee.

1.	Q. What are your rates? A. Our rates are based on length of stay, the size of the space, amenities at each site, and location within the resort. Make a reservation online or phone toll free at: 1-866-468-9034. View our rates. http://www.circlerv.com/rates
2.	Q. Do you have pull-thru spaces? Can you accommodate a 45ft rv? A. Yes. We have a limited number of spaces available. As the demand is very high, we do not offer extended stay rates on these sites. However, we do have many very large spaces that we offer our extended stay visitors.
3.	Q. Do you have group rates? A. Yes. We can accommodate groups up to 20 rv's. We offer a scaled contract based on number of RV's reserved. We offer a club room, kitchen, and other great amenities to serve your group.

Pets

Q. Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions?
A. Yes. We are pet friendly. We supply pet waste bags and have a well groomed enclosed pet run area.
We do limit each site to 2 pets per sitand do not allow any aggressive breeds. A complete list of pet rules
is available upon check in.
