Local Directions: From I-55, Exit #252: Travel east on Hwy 315 south for 8 miles. You will arrive at John Kyle State Park Campground located on Sardis lower lake below the levy. Turn right to enter the campground; From I-55, Exit #252: Travel east 6.5 miles on Hwy 315 south, turn left on Spillway Road to top of hill and 3 way stop. Turn left at 3-way stop located at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Office. Cross Spillway Bridge and continue on this road about 1 mile to the next 3 way stop. Turn right entering the stone gates located at the park entrance and continue to the end of this road to the parks lodge/office.
