We camp at CVSP often, as it's very close to home and convenient for a quick weekend. There are a variety of types of sites, from full shade, to mostly sun, electric and non electric. Love the beach area, which is a lake that has a pool feel, as it has a concrete bottom covered with sand. Brand new bath house/concession/life guard station is a nice upgrade, and there are clearly more improvements in the works. Staff is friendly and restrooms/showers are clean. There are many hiking and bike trails, including a hiking trail that skirts the entire lake.

We stayed here in a Tent.
