According to the Sun Herald the Recreational Park Trailer Industry Association issued a warning to RV operators and Campground owners that FEMA trailers being auctioned off by the General Services Administration may be defective.
Key problems with the trailers are:
- They may make owners sick - They lack an RPTIA inspection seal - They are not under warranty and formaldehyde levels may not have been tested. - They have water damage and mold
