Re: Limits When Gassing Up?
Quite frankly, I wonder just how many people really dispute gas charges on their credit card? I can understand shopping for other things, but gas?

Re: Limits When Gassing Up?
Sometimes, the people in the cashier swiping your card messes it up so some people end up with double charges on their credit cards. Other times, it's their machine that's got a problem. I had that experience once when I gassed up my SUV while visiting my folks. The guy swiped my credit card and showed that there was an error so he repeated the transaction. When I received my statement later that month, it was only then when I realized that the first transaction went through and I was charged twice for it.

I also experienced that same problem. Don't know about you guys, but shouldn't the credit card companies pay more attention on the machines that they give out to their merchants instead of placing a limit and inconveniencing us? After all, if they didn't have all these problems with the credit card machines, the chances of us filing a dispute on payments would decrease.
