Flashlight for camping needed
Modified By Harrygray on 5/29/2015 3:27:42 AM)
Hi. Any flashlights for camping recommended? I am going to join a camping next week, but I was told to prepare a flashlight. The problem is that I do not know what kind of flashlight is good for camping. I searched some flashlights online, such as sure fire, fenix, streamlight, and tank007 flashlight, only to find the flashlights are almost similar, it is hard to determine what kind of flashlights are good for camping. So, do you have any advice? Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello Harry,

Get a headlamp so you can keep you hands free, that is the most important thing. I recommend Petzl Tikka 2 Plus-Grey

Have fun camping.

Julian.

Hi, finally, I get a Tank007 flashlight, which is cheaper and good in quality. Thanks for your reply.

Re: Flashlight for camping needed
Duluth Trading has a neat one called the Larry Light. It's an 8 LED almost like a pen light. It fits in your pocket with a clip on it and the clip is also magnetic and rotating.
I have also seen them in hardware stores for about $11.00 I have seen a new one that's 12 LED's with a pointer on the end of it for $14.00. I have one and use it at work and take it camping with me. Works great.
