Tin Foil Recipes
Huge fan of Hobo Stew! Where you take tin foil, line it with vegetable oil, then throw in seasoned ground beef, hash browns, vegetables, and whatever else sounds good, then ball up the tin foil and place by the hottest coals. Hmm, soo delicious! I am in the market for more recipes!

What tin foil recipes do you use when camping?

Re: Tin Foil Recipes
None, other than the standard Baked potato, ear of corn, or mushrooms & onions, but I would like to hear of some more.

Re: Tin Foil Recipes
We like to do corn on the cobb in foil. But we do it with a twist to it? We pull back the hush and take the silk out. Then wrap a slice of bacon around it and pull back the husk. Then wrap it in foil and put it in the coals and turn it a few times and let it cook for about 15 - 20 minutes. It depends on how hot the fire is and how much foil you wrapped around each ear.
But when it's done BOY is it GOOD! You don't need to butter the corn the bacon fat takes care of that and you don't need much if any salt on it.
