Concerns when camping / trekking

Hi campers!

As the summer is peaking most of us are ready start our planned camping trips! Short trips, long trips, mountain, forest the different styles and surroundings varies a lot. What is your biggest concern when going camping?

I know most of us camp to get away from it all, but my concern is not having cell service to call for help.
