One skillet meal over a campfire

I always enjoy making this dish when camping.

In a cast iron skillet or pot

Layer thinly sliced potatoes, polish sausage, onions, peppers( green, red, orange, yellow) and butter.

Cook untill tender.

Enjoy

We tried it just last weekend. It taste real good and it was easy enough to make. I also added some mushrooms after it was almost done added a little white wine too!
