Tankless water heater

I want to have a tankless water heater installed in place of my old one. I have been looking at the RV 500 and the cost of the product is about $1000, I need to know if they work and who I could trust for the installation

I have an on demand system in my house and it works great! I would think that the ones for motorhomes use the same principle.
