Before storing your RV, make sure to check if there are no leaks around the windows, doors and plumbing. Even the smallest cracks can cause a lot of moisture to build up inside your RV to make the interior become damp and musty. Keep the vents open to allow the air to circulate inside. I always place a container of DampRid in my trailer when storing it as well to keep the moisture level down as well.

Thanks so much for all your inputs, guys. I've left some of the vents open, and I've actually gone out and bought some dehumidifiers for the bathroom and underneath the sinks. It's just a generic brand, but I'll try out the DampRid like you suggested el fuller.

Hopefully, this year would definitely be a lot kinder for us when it comes to the pesky smell and stuffy feeling.
