I agree with lizz! The only thing that AAA is concerned about is your money. When I came back from hiking with a couple of friends during one of our camping trips, I found out that I lost my key to the Motorhome. Must have fallen from my pocket while hiking. Anyway, I called AAA and requested for a locksmith. The agent who took my call assured that the locksmith will be at the campground to help me within an hour. This was about 10 in the morning. Two hours later, still no locksmith. I called them back and the agent I spoke with told me that they don't see my request for one. She created a new request and again promised that the locksmith will be at the campground within an hour. Long story short, I waited for hours and even though I would follow it up, the locksmith never showed up. Fortunately, the camp host was doing his rounds that evening and overheard my ranting and frustration. He was so gracious enough to look for a locksmith that evening. He was able to get me one within 15 minutes and the locksmith that he called helped me get into my Motorhome after about 45 minutes. |
