X2 on Homosassa Springs. Went here last year, and it was a blast. Best part about it is that there isn't that much people compared to the other places to swim with manatees so the chances for you to see them is higher.

Went with my grandson to this camping trip in Crystal River. They had a package that included everything we needed to camp for four days and a day swimming with the manatees for $100/person.
