Does anyone has ever camp or RV in Europe especially France, Spain or Italy, I would like to visit these regions over the summer but information are pretty difficult to find. I'd like to know more about rentals, and the best places to go.
thanks for your help |

I actually went to Europe before and RV for a month. I went to France where the RV community is very developed and even popular. You will be able to find many campgrounds all over the country. Also there will be huge campgrounds with a lot of RVers and also little tiny campgrounds with just a couple places.
most of the time you cant camp outside the campgrounds. I advise you to go South of France, it is the nicest area with all the beaches and the callanques. Then the mountain "the Alpes" are very beautiful. And then if you get a chance but it's pretty difficult because you have to take a boat, its the Corse Island that is below France.
if you would like to no more about it you can let me know..
have a great day

I did an RV trip in 2005 in Italy and France as well, I loved it, crossing the Alpes with our RV we rented was gorgeous, you see all these little countryside towns. Italy is very nice, we went to Rome and pretty much all around north of Italy. It has a lot of history just like France. Many things to visit. Make sure you plan your trip and things you would like to see before you go over there because there are just too many.

I also did a "EuroTrip" and it was one of the best I've ever had. basically the best thing about a country like Italy France or Spain is that you can move from the beach to a mountain in pretty much an hour. Knowing the Alpes are south east of France and the meditarenean sea is about 100 miles below, just take your RV , explore the mountains in France or Italy and just reach the beach the following day!! |
