Requirements for Foreign RV Owners
My aunt and uncle are planning to retire next year. They currently live in England and are citizens there. One of the things that they plan to do is to spend a few years going around the country and Canada in an RV. They're planning to buy an RV while they are here and then sell it after a couple of years when they return to England. Will that be possible? If so, what are the requirements they need to complete to do this?

Thanks so much in advance!

Re: Requirements for Foreign RV Owners
I believe so. I'm guessing that they would pretty much need the same paperwork as we are required, plus additional paperwork like their visa and stuff.

They'll definitely need a US address to get an insurance for their RV. If you're willing to help them out, you can probably allow them to use your address so that they could be able to do that.

Yes. They will just need an international driver's license and a US postal address for the insurance and registration.

Re: Requirements for Foreign RV Owners
I don't see why that would be a problem. Lots of foreigners own RVs and use it around the US without any problem. I'm not sure what the requirements are if they go to Canada, but what I know is that they just need a US forwarding address and valid driver's license. There's a lot of forwarding services you can find on the Internet where they can sign up.
