Which GPS do you prefer using?

Even though I got a GPS on my mobile phone, I'd still prefer using a dedicated GPS when camping since I noticed using my mobile phone's GPS often leads to a lot of problems. How about you? Do you prefer a dedicated GPS or your mobile phone's GPS? Why?

We'd still rely on a dedicated GPS rather than the one on our mobile phones. I noticed that the one in my phone takes quite a while to respond and could only work while there is a really strong signal. Once the signal weakens or disappears, the GPS in our mobile is pretty much useless.

Dedicated GPS hands down.

Thanks for your inputs, guys! I thought I was the only who seems to be a tad bit finicky about the kind of GPS that I use. On that note, can anyone suggest a dedicated handheld GPS that I can take with me? I'm planning to do some tent camping and hiking with some friends as soon as the weather warms up just a little bit more.

Tried to use the GPS in my smart phone once. It was just soooo frustrating! Long loading time and all that stuff. Honestly, if you can afford a dedicated GPS, go and get one.
