To be quite honest, I haven't come across anyone that has used their Internet connection. Could be that it's because it's new. Or like what everyone mentioned here, it might be that their coverage is quite limited.

I did a bit of reading about it. It's okay if you're just going to be in the Midwest area. But if you're the type that plans to go camping in other parts of the US, it's not really a good option since they are not considered a nationwide carrier.

That is also what I heard. They do have some tie ups with other communications companies so that they will have a wider coverage area. But since they are just tie-ups, there might be additional fees that you need to pay if you're no longer in the Midwest area and you try to use this. If you're doing your camping mostly in the Midwest area, you can still go for this and then if you go out of the Midwest, just go ahead and buy a prepaid Wi-Fi card to use. That way, you don't have to worry about the extra fees, if there are any, or the reliability.
