How do you research new campsites?
Traditions are great: returning to the same site year after year. But when it's time to branch out and find a new spot, how do you find a new place to explore? Do you look for referrals from friends or just jump online?

I'd love your thoughts - thank you! Hillary

I take recommendations from other campers on forums like this & others, I also check out places on websites like recreation.gov, national park & national Forest websites, then check the reviews on rvparkreviews.com.

Forum is the great source when you need information about new places because there are people with same interests as you. This one, for example, and Trip Advisor is also a page I usually visit when I want suggestions and recommendations. Everything now is available on internet :D
