Australian RVers
Did you know there are more than 100,000 Australian RVs on the road at any given time?
Did you know that Australians spend an average of 6 months a year RVing?

Re: Australian RVers
Am I to take it then that the Aussies only work 6 months a year? Most Americans dream, as long as we can make enough to survive the other 6 months

Re: Australian RVers
I do wonder where Melissa got her info, but here's an interesting insight on the Australian "caravanning" lifestyle:
http://rvdailyreport.com/News/ctl/ArticleView/mid/427/articleId/25595/Australians-embrace-caravanning-lifestyle.aspx
(gotta love Google). The article says there are around 474,000 RVs registered in Australia and 85% of Australians have gone on an RV road trip at least once. Does that compare with how immersed Americans are in the camping/RV lifestyle?
But yeah, just like bukhrn said, one can dream, as long as we can make enough to survive the other six months. I definitely wish I could.
