Re: Asking your age in workamping application: Illegal or not?
I know it's illegal, which gets me thinking...if the campground would want to try to get away with something seemingly petty (but illegal, nonetheless) like requiring you to include asking your age in their application form, what other things would they try to get away with once they hire you?

Re: Asking your age in workamping application: Illegal or not?
I personally don't mind having to put my age on the application form if ever I decide to apply as a workamper. But before I do, I would first ask why they are asking for my age. If the answer is justifiable enough, then I don't see why it would be a problem to put it.

Another thought, I don't care about the age "thing", what I don't like is when (in todays world) you have to give them your SS number.

That is very true! I'd prefer giving them my age rather than information like that. Besides, I'm not ashamed of my age anyway. Hahahaha!!!
