Tin Foil Meals
My all time favorite is very simple, but so easy and yummy. I always use heavy duty Reynolds wrap. Make a 80/20 hamburger patty, about an inch thick, place a slice of your favorite onion on the patty, dice or thinly slice 1 medium size potato over onion/patty. Salt, pepper, onion powder. Make poch with foil and place over hot camp fire or grill and cook approximately 45 min-1 hr. Chek for doneness after about 45 min. Be careful, steam will burn you! I've also added mushrooms, green beans, squash, bell pepper to add a little variety! Make xtra, some will want more than just one!

We always keep some of the Reynolds heavy duty foil bags in the camper. They come in handy to cook a little bite to eat while sitting around the camp fire in the evening. We make all kinds of things in them. I like to make baked apples stuffed with walnuts and brown sugar. Or stuffed onions.
