Roast, Fried or BBQ?
Instead of roasting turkey like the traditional way, I've been frying my turkey these past few Thanksgivings. It's not only quicker. It's also a lot easier to make sure that the bird remains juicy. Not to mention the taste of the skin is so much yummier.

How about you? What's your favorite way of making/eating turkey during Thanksgiving.

I'd still go for the traditional roast turkey. I tried to veer away from anything fried since it's not really that healthy.

That's quite funny, madidi. I never knew there were other ways of eating turkey than putting it in your mouth, chewing it and swallowing it.

That's really funny, henry!

During special occasions, nothing really beats the traditional roast turkey. But it would really be interesting to try to have it grilled once in a while. Not really sure if I'll be eating it fried, though since that sounds quite fattening, but I'm sure that the kids would enjoy that one.

Hmmm....I haven't really tried BBQ turkey other than turkey burgers. Would definitely want to try that one.
