Re: Bad Experience with CoachNet
I have to agree. Been really satisfied with CoachNet since we got our ERS a few years back. Had quite a share of problems, and not once did they fail us.

Re: Bad Experience with CoachNet
Sorry to hear about your bad experience with CoachNet. I've used their services twice and have been extremely pleased with the service that they provide. Whenever I call them, I would usually impress to them firmly (but politely) to have a towtruck be sent as well so that in case the tech help doesn't work, at least it can be towed without any hassle.

Same here. I've been with CoachNet for a long time now and have never had any problems with it.

Re: Bad Experience with CoachNet
Based on my experience with CoachNet, you are only given a choice between a mobile tech service or a tow. You cannot have both. Even if you mention it right from the start and even if you just called them once. It's still not covered by their one free incident assistance per breakdown policy. If you do choose to get their mobile assistance, you will be charged $90/hour out of your own pocket. So much from being a free assistance. And the most frustrating thing about this is that they don't mention anything about this policy on their website.
