Storm Watching in the Pacific Northwest
My friend Timothy recently wrote an article on the best places to watch storms in the Pacific Northwest (http://www.campingroadtrip.com/tips-and-articles/storm-watching-in-the-pacific-northwest).

I remember a couple of years ago being in Austin and watching a monster thunderstorm from Lake Austin.

Do any of you guys know any great places to watch storms in the West? Does his article make you want to go try some of his destinations?

Have a great weekend!

Not really on my end here. We usually stay indoors when there is a storm with the kids and all. But I admit, it's something that has peaked my interest. Probably when the kids are a bit older.

Not since the kids arrived. When they are older perhaps.

Me and my husband did. But that was when we were vacationing in England. Hauntingly beautiful.

Re: Storm Watching in the Pacific Northwest
Kalaloch Lodge and campground would be the perfect spot for winter storm watching on the Washington coast. (http://www.nps.gov/olym/planyourvisit/visiting-kalaloch-and-ruby-beach.htm)

Enjoy - Carley
