| Beautiful park-like setting | This was the best RV park of our 3 week trip. The grounds are beautiful. The view of Scott's Bluff is amazing. Spaces were large and well separated. Bathrooms were private and inviting. Plenty of open space for dogs to run. City owned and operated. Price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is not well-maintained. It floods easily. Roads need repair. Bathrooms are neither clean nor private. Owner is difficult to deal with. View was non-existent. Our view was at the trash area. No safe place to walk dogs. No shade. Will never stay here again. Other local parks are much better.

| Beautiful park-like setting | Plenty of shade. Lots of space between sites. Nice owners. Operates an RV repair facility so any problems you have can be solved right there. Lots of grass to walk dogs. Ice cream at 6 pm, Belgian waffles at 8 am. Quiet and peaceful. Centrally located to sightseeing.

| Crowded, noisy, dirty bathrooms, terrible showers, no office. | Facility is more geared to local day use. Not for seniors or RVs. No shade in RV spots. No place to walk dogs. Tent spots only are in the area close to river. Did not stay. Better camps with shade and quiet nearby.
