Agree with comments in the other review. Sites are quite spacious and location is convenient for wine country exploration. Freight train definitely passes the campsite at slow speed once or twice a night, and will likely wake you up, but this adds to the authentic western experience. Coyotes in the hills also do their howling once or twice in the night in a group chorus which is pretty cool.
FYI: Besides the river, I don't believe there is potable water at this campsite.
