| A true diamond in the desert |
Let's get the negative out of the way. The chicken farm smell - it is rarely intrusive in normal daily activities. The park's spaces are truly just that; they are huge in comparison to any other park we have visited. The staff has always been courteous and helpful, so much so that we consider them friends and engage in activities outside the park. The heated pool, the pickleball court, the pool tables, the shuffleboard court, the crafts room, the exercise room, the morning coffee meeting, and especially the activities center @ night with pegs and jokers and Mexican trains, get very high usage. I could say that too about the busy woodshop, the fun (creativity) within the rock shop, and especially about the well attended Friday night bingo and ice cream social. The entire facility is well maintained and very clean. The residents have also created atmosphere and I will only mention those that I know to be "everyone welcome". Four wheeling, monthly trip to local casino for bingo, once or twice weekly golf outings, and happy hours. If you can't enjoy life here, I suppose you are not now engaging in conversation with new found friends. Stop by and enjoy.
We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
