Most everyone at this park has a quad, SxS, Jeep or motorcycle and stays for months. It's an over 55, easygoing, quiet place with great clean facilities. The residents run several functions and staff is not in your face all the time. Public Trust lands are right out the back gate.
We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Toll Road - Denver - E470 | This toll road is convenient and allows you to skip the heavy traffic of I-25 as it runs through downtown Denver. But at a pretty steep cost. We traveled its lenght, about 30 miles, with our dually and Jayco Eagle. They catch your license plate and bill you later. Total for the trip was around $30. Having used it several times to get to DIA in cars, I knew it wasn't cheap. but a buck a mile with the trailer?

Re: KOA in Spokane Valley, Washington is a NIGHTMARE | We had a similar experience in a campground in Thermopolis, WY. Didn't bother DW and I enjoyed it, having grown up near tracks.
