The location is good near Pike's Peak. Entrance to park is over a narrow, high-railed bridge after which you must make a sharp left turn to avoid the office directly ahead. This was tricky in our 40' motorhome and exiting was just as tricky. Sites are narrow and short and we had to park our car elsewhere as did most everyone else. Site says it has a pool and playground but these are at a public park outside the campground. Every other site has a power box behind it and must share it with the rig on either side. Each box has only one 50A and one 30A connection. We were told by owner to plug in on either side. We returned after an excursion to find our RV had been unplugged by the owner and the cord moved to accomodate another 50A rig. This could have damaged our unit. The owner showed no remorse and gave us a refund and told us to leave the park. If you do not care if someone messes with your RV, then this is an o.k. park.
We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
