Needs better maintenance Plus first: 1) good location, close to popular Austin sights; 2) friendly and helpful staff; 3) great breakfast served on weekends. Now for the minuses. The park really needs better maintenance. The roads are rough and narrow, and the sites are too close together. The site we had was shady, but had no patio to speak of. Fire ants on the picnic table, and the picnic table itself looked unsafe for use. It's also pricier than many of the resort RV parks we've stayed at before. We won't stay here again unless we don't have a choice. We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.
