I gave this location several 1 star reviews because the facilities are nice for many reasons. However, my experience was poor. The staff was curt and cold. Their website is vague and missing a lot of information. When I emailed questions, even though they did answer them, it seemed as if I was a burden. Upon checking in the next morning, the man did not acknowledge me nor looked at me and the woman seemed annoyed with my presence. It was as if they were angry I was even there. They only take cash payments. I was so put off by their treatment of me, we found another site for two nights. They refused to refund us even though they were renting our already paid spot to additional guests - so, they were charging two guests for the site when only one was staying there. They put my reservation and night check-in envelope in the wrong name. It is not possible to get someone to communicate with outside of 8am-5pm. They require full payment up front or threaten to give your space away and refuse refunds. They demanded to have their shower tokens back even though they would not refund me for two nights I did not stay there and rented my already paid spot out to other guests. So, we stayed at another campground and went back to take our showers there and refill our water containers in the process. I threw the other remaining tokens in the trash. I have never been treated this way at any establishment.

We stayed here in a Tent.
