| After reading positive reviews for the Indian Creek Campground, I called and reserved a full hook-up site for an RV that we would be renting. After the reservation was made, I was told that the only sites for a 36' motorhome were supplied with a 30amp electrical hook-up. Being unsure if the rental RV required 30 or 50amp electrical hook-up, I explained to the woman on the phone, Tina, that I would contact the rental company to confirm the required electrical hook-up. The RV requires 50amps. I called Tina back within 48 hours to cancel the reservation that was set 40 days in advance. I was told that I would be charged $10 for canceling. She said she spoke with her supervisor, but the fee could not be waved. Obviously, the $10 is no big deal, it's the fact the I was unaware of any cancellation fee. Again, it was cancelled within 48 hours and 40 days prior to reserved date. Beware of fees. | | |  Comments (0) |

Their campgrounds are always well maintained. The bathrooms are spotless and easily accessible from anywhere on the campgrounds. The staff has always been courteous and helpful with a witty sense of humor. Camping along bunches creek also makes the experience one you will not soon forget. Love this place!

I was in site 48. not next to the creek but I could hear it.
Deep forest setting, many many trees, up in the mountains.
Very clean bath house, any problems cropped up they were on tip of fixing it. Current owner has had it only 6 years and still has some differed repairs from previous owner to complete but are on top of any problems. Very friendly. Beautiful setting. Web site does it justice.
Only draw back. Some sites are to small for some RVs and some sites are hard to get an RV into but it is still a breath taking setting. All sites graveled or dirt but hard pack. Handy camp facilities are very limited. so not recommended for handy camp camping. Big rigs may have difficultly getting parked but camp ground owner is very good at helping campers park. When making reservations they will ask the size of your rig and are very good at judging if you can fit on a site or not. Dog friendly.
